We’re Thinking Outside-the-Box!

We’re moving outdoors beginning this Sunday @ 9:30am!

The Livestream will continue to be available

That’s right – we are moving outside the four walls of the church building! Just like businesses around the community are thinking creatively about how to keep serving their customers safely, we want to do the same for you.

Besides, it’s sunny California and we have gorgeous summer weather, so why not make the most of it? Better yet, this service will be entirely kid-friendly, with room to spread out, pitch a canopy, bring your own chairs, or whatever you need to do.

Come join us @ 9:30am on Sundays as we transfer our worship service out of the Worship Center and the Charis Table rooms to a combined “outside-the-box” gathering in our parking lot. We will still have uplifting worship and a thought-inspiring message as usual.

Family Outdoors

Here’s What You Can Expect…

  • Part of the parking lot will be roped off and one of the Winchester Blvd. entrances will be closed, so just use one of the other entrances.
  • Please enter the designated worship area through the canopy with tables and volunteers for a quick temperature check.
  • We will provide a no-touch offering box for your convenience. You may also continue to GIVE online or through the mail.
  • No-touch communion elements will be provided on communion Sundays.
  • There will be plenty of sunlight, air flow, and room to spread out and social distance, and all of the safety protocols will be in place…temperature checks, hand sanitizer, social distancing throughout the campus, masks available for those who forget, wiping of surfaces, cleaning of restrooms, and everything else you would expect.
  • Adults and children ages 2 and above are strongly encouraged to wear face masks.
  • It will likely be sunny, and we suggest that you come prepared with the appropriate gear…perhaps a hat and maybe a small sun umbrella that won’t block the view of others. A water bottle is definitely recommended.
  • We will have chairs available, but we encourage you to bring your own lawn chair if you like. This will limit the amount of set-up, take-down, and sterilization of chairs.
  • Restrooms will be available for emergency use only.

If this will be your first Sunday back for the Regathering, please read the “What We Ask of You” section below, and then please give us an RSVP Here! indicating your acceptance of the guidelines.  If you have submitted an RSVP for a previous Sunday, there is no need to do so again.
